Adhesive for zirconium dioxide frameworks. Ensures a strong bonding with acrylates and zirconia ceramics and is designed for use in the dental laboratory for indirectly manufactured dentures. - free of BisGMA, TEGDMA and HEMA - specially developed for zirconia frameworks - excellent adhesion to hard zirconia surfaces - high quality for reliable application Adhesion values Conditioning without primer 4 – 6 MPa Conditioning with primer > 10 MPa Conditioning Roughen zirconium dioxide frameworks using 110 μ aluminum oxide at 2 – 3 bar, clean with oil-free air pressure, wet the surface with zirconia primer, then apply luting material or veneering material.
